If he hits over .300 next year and continues to play defense, some team could take him high on raw potential alone.

The whole "this is only his 2nd year playing centerfield" narrative will be played up a lot next year.

Yeah. If Watson keeps getting better in CF, hits well for average and flashes some of that power then he's almost a 5 tool player.

My point was...let's say he's taken in the 10th round..it would hopefully take much more than 10th round money to sign him. If he's taken in the 10th round as a junior he is a sure goner most likely.

If he's taken within the first 5 rounds and that club is willing to pay him, then you almost have to strongly consider leaving.
