Doing a little reading on the Arkansas politician who basically paved the way for this display to happen, I doubt his motives in wanting the display are similar to the ideas behind the display at the US Supreme Court. And I think the display at the US Supreme Court is a more secular representation and only features a handful of the commandments, not all.

Either they are constitutional and allowed to be there, or not. SCOTUS is hypocritical.
