College Baseball's talent pool is closer to Juco level than the MLB level. Most college players are out of the minor league within their first 2 years. College basketball is probably the closest to the pros because of how bad college football's QBs are.

The NBA draft has 2 rounds. A good number are players from foreign countries. VERY few college basketball players ever plan in the NBA. Most hack around in random leagues around the world before quitting, just like baseball players. Same for the NFL, they just have bigger rosters, and no minor leagues, but staying power is worse than baseball for the vast majority of players.
