shite, it was a fkn blessing when my fairly new (4-5 years) neighbors moved in. The people that lived there were fkn assholes! Every.Single.Weekend me and my pops would sit outside and listen to the LSU baseball game on the radio, with the volume at a very reasonable level. Sure enough, a cop car would pull up every damn time. Usually it was the same 2 guys, so after the first 2 times, they'd just end up listening and hanging out for a few min. since they have to respond if called.

New neighbors are really cool though. Laid bad and chill couple, love LSU, and never any bs with them at all. Before I got sober, I'd walk over and smoke with em every day and play some Tiger Woods on PS3 lol. We still talk and bs a couple times a week though.

I grew up with and have known my other neighbors my whole life. They're a good bit older than me, so we don't talk as much. But they're great people besides the fact that the husband is from Bama and a huge Bama fan.

ETA: Both my neighbors have the same name, which was deff kinda weird at first.
