When I was working out chest a lot for strength (this is when I was 17-18 and a defensive linemen) I could rep out 225 easy. I think the most I did was 21-22. Now I couldn't come close to that. Just not something I really work on nymore, though I suppose I should.

Going to try to make Sunday or Saturday my day for actually working out chest since crossfit doesn't do much of this.
