re: Pit Barrel Cooker initiation

Got the rub on the pork shoulder and brisket last night. Trying to shake the hangover headache from the game last night then going to fire it up. Anyone try bean recipe from their website? I hope there is enough heat in the charcoals after the meat heats temp to cook the beans, corn, and finish the wrapped meats. Guess I could always add charcoals if needed..
