Some places don't accept Amazon for their price match.

I tried to do it at best buy once and they said Amazon doesn't count.

Best Buy does price match Amazon, but it has to be shipped and sold by Amazon. They won't match 3rd party retailers that have listings on Amazon. Same for Walmart.com...Best Buy will only match it if its shipped/sold by Walmart but won't do it for 3rd party vendors that have listings on the Walmart site.

I'd have instantly ordered it from Amazon using my phone right in front of the manager, wished him a nice day, and walked out of the store.

EDIT: Actually, that's a fricking lie. I wouldn't have been in a Best Buy. I'd have just ordered it from Amazon in the first place and waited two days.

Not true, Best Buy will price match, but it must be sold and fulfilled by amazon
