That's because there is a natural cure/preventative for cancer. As the OP stated,

B17 has been shown to prevent & cure cancer. Since it is natural and cannot be patented, pharmaceutical companies paid the DEA to outlaw it. Groups of people in foreign countries that have B17 naturally in their diet have virtually 0% cancer in their populations.
