For wedges: lightly coat in olive oil, salt and pepper. Bake at 475 for 20-25 minutes

When u have time, freeze them after the 1st of the 2 fry's.... you will have 1/2 the work already done next time u want fries. Ive got a couple ziplocks of home fries ready to go in the freezer now.
Same concept as the bag fries u get in the store... they are already cooked/par-fried.
