26. Lamar Jackson
Is this assuming he makes a position change? I think it would be mighty foolish to draft him that high as a QB. I'm thinking Lamar Hackson will be a 3rd or 4th round pick at best and that's solely because he's a good athlete. I personally wouldn't touch him in any round of the draft as he will likely have to learn an entire new position.
