Looks great! I would very much eat it.

Question, you left out the first part of the reverse sear. Where do you do the first part and what temp did you go to?

I did them in the oven at 275 until they hit 125. I pulled em out and let em rest for 15 minutes and then did the searing outside on that cast iron.

I also threw a tablespoon of butter in the cast iron and let that melt.
