They didn't win because they slowed Lebron and Cavs down. They won because they shot 40% from 3 and Dwight had plenty of open space.

Now obviously they weren't near as good as the NBA finals teams, but they were a very good team.

The 2011 Mavs are by far the worst team Lebron faced in the Finals. It was a terrible blemish on his record, but when we say Lebron faced better competition, the 2011 Mavs is the 1 team not being used.
