That's what I've heard from numerous people. They apparently aren't even serving lunch a few days a week. The club is in poor financial health from what I understand.

i hope to make 15% this year when i sell. My taxes more than doubled.

This is unreal. Even Oak Harbor sets up a little spread, even though there isn't a full lunch service.

Those guys at CCL would be happy to have these,

You have heard wrong, CCL has 900 members (600 golf, 300 tennis/social). They serve lunch in multiple rooms daily. They did shutdown one of the dining rooms for renovations. CCL had poor management in the last few years but 6 months ago brought a new GM from Riveroaks CC in Houston.
