I don't want to make things awkward but would feel guilty taking no course of action esp since this is a huge violation of company policy. Thanks in advance.
I think it largely depends on what you do. If your at a hospital and this guy is taking care of others or some other like job, then you have a duty to the public to let someone know. If it's some cubicle bs job, then mind your own business.
