no he didn't. the police report is available online. The arresting officer reported no odors according to his report

Cops will definitely lie to say that he had probable cause. I'm sure he assumed by Tigers slurred speech that had been drinking so he put it in the report. I'm not throwing stones at Tiger because I'm not a hypocrite but I know for a fact that cops lie about shite like that. They'll pull you over when they see you leave a bar saying you swerved or didn't use a blinker, stuff like that happens everywhere and every night.
