I have something like this through my employer. I've used it to have wills drawn up for my wife and I, to have those wills re-vised after we had another child, and for the legal work on a mortgage refinance. Paid nothing out of pocket for this, it was all 100% covered by the plan.
It will also cover some things related to estate planning for your parents, which I've looked into but haven't done yet. Depends on your situation and what you are wanting to do as to whether or not it may be worth it
