I'm about 40mins from birmingham, I have a couple th350 trans I would sell one cheap, my dad's got a nice 383 he wants to sell also, I have other family and friends with a few sbc for sell, u can come out alot cheaper than many said on here my family has built cars all our lives if interested let me know

Fitting a newer LS1 or 2 in that car would be my answer for a reliable daily driver. Better power than what you are looking for, but also cheaper than you might expect too. I'm the B'ham area and will ask around for who could do a good engine deal for you.
