A lot of people are totally misunderstanding the study.
It's not questioning the ability of a fat person to be physically fit.
The study is saying having a high BMI, regardless of physical fitness, increases your risk of disease.
However, the study admittedly did not separate out muscular people with elevated BMI's. They were grouped in with the whole population.
