These are so boring (to me) compared to the original series. We're three movies in and we're still at the very start of the ape culture.

In the original trilogy, we'd already introduced the ape culture, sent two spaceships into the future and one into the past, battled underground mutants, and brought Zira and Cornelius back in time to jump-start the intelligent ape race.

I have enjoyed the reboot. I'm not going to the theater to watch them, but I enjoy them on Netflix.

Very different from the originals, but I don't think today's audience wants what was in the originals.

Better than the Tim Burton crap, for sure.
