This should have been a big story but wasn't.
chandra levy was a bit different for several reasons. First off, she was attractive and second off, she was involved with a pol. The Media loves white women getting killed.

Not known when she disappeared. It began with curiosity and speculation that she was involved with him. That was the appearance from the beginning "oh she was fricking this guy and he didn't want his wife finding out" before we knew one single thing

Employee for DNC is murdered outside of his home weeks after the DNC emails showing malfeasance and corruption were published online. Nothing taken, no motive, nothing. That's a big story until it isn't one
