Go out to a Bar/Rest, have apps and drinks while getting to chat it up. Find out what kind of shite she likes to be able to set up a more 'fun' 2nd date. Avoid the movies like the plague that's a terrible first date followed by a loud arse band in a dark bar where you can't really chat and get to know one another.
