Read up on the AISA in Alabama. Some of these schools have black students, but the majority of them do not. There were a few Indians and a Korean kid at the one I attended in elementary school. When the public school system in a city is over 99% black, let's be honest, white people aren't going to send their children there whether they're "racist" or not.

Now? No.

Had they not built the seg academies in the first place it wouldn't have been like that...you want to know how I know? Because there are some? folks non-minority who drive their kids to a different town to a public integrated school instead of their local 99% black school and local seg academy.
