Someone that twisted doesn't deserve to breathe oxygen. He had over 40 years of life where he could pursue whatever he wanted.
He gave his son 7 years of torture. Not comparable.

A quick death is too nice for these people. Next best (legal) thing for them is to grow old and fall apart in a place filled with animals like themselves. Every day having to confront the consequences of their own actions.
