Okay...my big problems with the movie:

The humor was really forced, most of the jokes in the film fell flat with me. I really had a problem with the characterization of Drax. In the first film his character had a purpose and something of an arc. In this film the only things he was good at doing were fake laughing really loudly, insulting someone, and delivering lame punchlines.

There was no plot until the last half of the movie. The main antagonist wasn't revealed until the third act and when the villain was finally revealed, the motivations for said villain were incredibly lame and made no sense whatsoever.
