Raise is in the results. Preemptive raises are only good when you 100% trust same value post raise.

As far as we know, Saints wanted Mahomes, Foster, Cook with their first 3 picks.

No one in Saints FO deserves a raise until 7-9 seasons are uncommon (4 of last 5 seasons have ended 7-9).
