Time per house depends on the assignment. You may just be doing a bid....or could be a grass cut, trashout, tarp a roof, winterization etc. You definutely make $$$ in the volume of work completed.

You don't Contract directly with the banks. They sub it out to a national vendor, who then subs it out to a regional vendor who deals with local subs.
