I don't make the rules nor do I support what happens good or bad.
I'm just using basic logic here.
Bitcoin has and will continue to change the entire worlds financial landscape. It has no CEO. It's rules based.
What does ETH do on a daily basis? It has a geek in charge who changes the rules every few years. It's a JOKE.

Coinbase wasn't going to get the case dismissed. This is a nothingburger. Nothing has changed today.
