It will never stop and shouldn't. I would imagine many successful coaches were so because they were able to hire great coordinators while letting them coordinate. If not why would teams even need coordinators?

There isnt a great coach in cfb that doesnt have a hand in one side of the ball. Not one. You clearly have the football knowledge of a shoe.

Look, I am all for waiting to see what coach O brings to the table under SEC fire as the head guy before I try to rate him, but do you really believe NS, UM, JF, or JH of the college football world are successful cause of their OC or DC??
