I'll agree to that, provided those same people are forbidden from coming to the hospital for ODs, side effects, or drug-related accidents/traumas.

I'm ok with that for pain meds, but not antibiotics. And add the stipulation that you can't sue the pharmacists/doctors/clinic/hospital.

Even if they are admited, would it really be an increase in what it is now, the savings from lowered drug costs and the pain clinic scams would cover this.
