If you go to nursing school you better make a plan to either go straight for your BSN....or plan on going back to school to get your BSN online or something while working full time as a nurse.


Many hospitals nationwide are going towards only hiring BSN nurses and making their current RNs obtain their BSN before a certain timeframe.

Just curious, is that because more people are going to college for nursing these days? Supply is higher so they are getting stricter for requirements?

I hope, you're fricking joking. I already have my nursing fin aid ready and will start this fall.

I might as well kill myslef, because I'm not taking another 2 years to get a fricking BSN degree

As someone connected with the nursing education system I can verify what nurse says is spot on.
