Hard to believe posters are trying to pass this off as common knowledge.
I've never been to Ireland. Never had any particular desire to learn about the Protestant/Catholic struggle that went on there 800 years ago.
I get it you nerds love Boondocks Saints but not everyone is down with the whole Irish/Boston/Dropkick Murphy's/TheDepahted nonsense.
Part of Ireland is in the U.K. There is an Ireland that is its own country. Pretty easy to figure some of us could be unaware, that's all I'm saying.
