First, you're a total dick of a person if you say "she deserved it".
Second, I could see the story being legit, or it could be a chick that got used and tossed and she didn't like that.
Either way, this was really stupid on his part to do something like this this close to the draft.

Ya, frick the "she deserved it".
But it's really hard to know what really happened in these situations.
Face value alone, it's a bit easier to believe that she was part of the orgy and she knew who he was than she was being raped during the orgy by random guy with OSU tatoo.
