I don't really care...but it will struggle either way. It's a poorly run city.
The irony of someone trying to make an edgy joke only to be rebuked with reality. I like seeing smart arse comments destroyed with a sentence of hard fact. New Orleans is indeed a poorly run city. New Orleans may not miss a person's money individually, but it will miss people's money collectively.
