If this is true what about a house boat or say on your boat on the way back to land from your houseboat/floating camp.. There are camps all over this state you can only get to by boat. So this is saying any fish you catch and clean have to stay at the camp? If true that's retarded.

In the early 90's, I knew someone that got the book thrown at them for transporting filets from a boat-only camp.

I know and know of several people who were busted at a heliport for filets when returning from offshore with fish they caught out there.
