The owner should have the right to deny service and ask anyone to leave his property.
But since that's not the case due to discrimination laws based on interstate commerce, the restaurant is still in the clear. Only race, color, religion and national origin are protected federally. Political affiliation/beliefs aren't protected by the state or the city of Louisville, so tough shite for them .
So unless the retards become the church of Hitler, they'll just get laughed out of court.
