building the Wall is completely unrealistic. it wont even start by late 2019/early 2020 if i had to bet money. too many regulations and engineering problems to map out. not to mention the inevitable massive overrun that will occur. not to mention protests. so why would the GOP tie their nooses around this for two midterms (2018, 2020)?

only if Trump wins in 2020 will the Wall be built. but most likely, historical trends and anti-gerrymandering efforts show that he would be in a 2nd t

I get so sick of republicans being scared to enact the policy they ran and won on because they don't want to rock the boat for fear of losing the next elections.
