That was the case that was currently under appeal, in so enacting the law that means he is technically not guilty since he is dead

Also more importantly, his estate cannot be attacked civally so basically his suicide ensures all of his current assets go to his girlfriend and daughter, and the family of Odin cannot pursue any legal Action against the estate.

From what I've read this is incorrect. OJ was innocent in criminal court and still found liable for both murders in civil court. At this time since he technically has no conviction so his daughter is first in line to receive a big signing bonus from the NFL that was forfeited before, but the Lloyd family can still pursue civil action. From the legal experts that I've seen stuff from they've all said there won't be much left of his estate to leave to his daughter.
