I'd be interested in running a company in an area such as North BR. Not give a crap if it turns a profit for the first few years. Just employ as many people as possible while breaking even. Purely a social experiment to see if you can turn an area around in a generation. It's basically a form of welfare since no person trying to turn a profit would waste their time. But, it'd also teach people to work. Then I'd just hand it over to the employees if it ever took off.

I'd also help young, high end prostitutes.
