Fraley was the prospect he was because he has the potential to hit for power. He hit some bombs while at LSU but has never lived up to that potential on a consistent basis hitting for power. Fraley looks the part of a 5 tool player but never has been.
Btw, not sure what scouting reports you claim you've read but most of them had Fraley as a mediocre arm bit good enough for center field

Totally untrue by all accounts. Fraley's scouting reports mention nothing of power. Most of them talk about his patience at the plate and level swing plane as signs that he has potential as a lead off hitter. They also mention an electric arm and very good speed both on the bases and in the field. Not once have I seen anything about untapped power potential. Again something that was talked about early in his LSU career by LSU fans and media. Btw I've mentioned baseball America as one source already so someone who himself is giving false information with no sources accusing me of anything just enforces my point. Thanks.
