Well you're assuming the crow hop and it won't turn a good arm into a great arm. You may get 3 to 5 mph added with a crow hop. The highest anyone has Deichman among college prospects is 49th while Fraley was as high as 21 on some scouting reports. Besides homer fans it's not really a question as to who is the better prospect. And most of Fraley's upside was his defense and arm. People should read scouting reports instead of pushing their opinions as gospel.

Fraley was the prospect he was because he has the potential to hit for power. He hit some bombs while at LSU but has never lived up to that potential on a consistent basis hitting for power. Fraley looks the part of a 5 tool player but never has been.

Btw, not sure what scouting reports you claim you've read but most of them had Fraley as a mediocre arm bit good enough for center field
