You're exactly right. Trust me, I've learned that all to well when trying to find somewhere we can go to eat now.

I will say that I never realized how much salt I took in until I started living with my sister. She is very sensitive to salt and I am not. I started cooking with it less and less and now notice it much more.
However, decreasing my salt intake has had no measurable impact on any of my blood tests or my blood pressure.
