Win = Truth, great = subjective.

Win against Dem = truth, easily = subjective.

who spent heavily & predicted victory

Dems spent = truth

Heavily = subjective

Dems predicted victory = Truth

I'm having a hard time isolating the lie in here.

Why does fouldeliverer always lie about President Trump and his great tweets?

To a certain extent sure. Same for heavily. But using "easily" to describe winning by less than 7 points in a district that Dems haven't won since 92 and in a district that Trump won by 27, and the former rep won by 30 is stretching credulity.
