It was anticlimactic because ghost rider is that powerful. It just wasn't a contest, as long as she couldn't get away. He could be one of the most powerful avengers in the movies, if not the most powerful of all.

Yep.
AIDA could definitely be an Avengers-Level threat, and easily could have taken out the SHIELD team if she wasn't fixated on attempting to psychologically torture them. She just came across something built to destroy what she's made of (Darkhold stuff). Hell, GR about nigh unstoppable.
I appreciate the fact they added in the small bits of scenes where you can see AIDA's "oh shiiit" face, as well as her running away every time he got close. She knew she couldn't handle Ghost Rider.

I love the way ghost rider was portrayed. He could easily translate to movies now.
