Yes, Hi Performance Detail is excellent and Andrew does good work. One of my close friends used to be a direct competitor of his and they kept the competition close.

If he has a long waiting list I can do the detail for you. My buddy who used to compete directly with Andrew (sold his company) sold me a bunch of his old equipment (rupes, flex, porter cable, and Menzerna/HD polishes) and taught me about paint correction over the years when I helped him. If you want to see some of my work let me know.

As for clear bra, I would absolutely advise against putting it on your truck. It scratches easily, you won't be able to polish it, and the sun will slowly make it turn yellow. Just deal with the tiny defects in the paint from bugs and such and keep the paint taken care of. Clear bra is also a nightmare to remove if you were to install it and change your mind.

First off, thank you everyone for the kind words...

I'm the business manager at Hi Performance Detail and am happy to educate anyone in regards to proper detailing, ceramic paint coating, and paint protection film. [AMA] I would encourage each of you to check our website to see our work/services: www.hiperformancedetailing.com

In reference to the "clear bra easily scratching and turning yellow", that is FALSE. We use Suntek Film which will NOT turn any color, is unnoticeable when applied to the untrained eye, and will absolutely protect your paint and vehicle. Not to mention, it comes with a 10 year warranty. The point of the film is to preserve your car and NOT have to polish your car for an extended period of time. ESPECIALLY if the ceramic coating (i.e. Modesta or Nanolex) is applied on top of the film for an extra layer of protection. And if polishing is required, properly trained detailers will prevent scratches from ever being an issue. Think of the coatings and film as a protective shield... so before being applied, rigorous steps of different polishing and paint correction is done to get the absolute best look out of your paint. Because once coating/film is applied, it will preserve the pristine condition your vehicle is in for years to come.
