DQXI is an extremely good game but Persona 5 is better. Great visuals, great battle system, above average story, great characters except yosuke, for some reason I could never get into him. With that said, if you're going to get persona 5 wait until March 31st to buy Persona 5 Royal, it's an extended version of the original with a new character, longer game, and new mechanics. I'm looking forward to that even more than FFVII even though I've beaten Persona 5 twice.
