I don't get the mindset of the newer generations

EVERY business on the planet exists to make money. Even govt employees expect to get paid, as well as earn a lifelong retirement, in order to provide you a service. But people today expect them to be prohibited from maximizing their profit, on the millions of dollars they invested, in order for that service to even exist

If you don't like their rules, don't use their services. Its not your "right".
