re: Cops tase elderly man who said he can't get on the ground because he is disabled- He dies

Its seems like if a suspect has a issue the cops can't understand they just kill them to be on the safe side.

Add this elderly man to the long and growing list of those killed by the police for "failure to comply" because,
They didn't speak English
They were mentally ill
They were physically handicapped
They were deaf
They were having a insulin reaction
They were old and confused,
etc.
