Not really. Build a cabin and go on a fall moose hunt once a year. If its fly in, good chance its on or near a lake.

Get 5 acres on Lake Louise near Glennallen, order a cabin kit from Spenards in Anchorage, buy a beater truck and a couple 4 wheelers, store them near that Anchorage airport and make an annual moose hunting trip.

That sounds nice. Would probably go twice a year, one for the salmon runs.

Why buy land to go on a once a year hunt? You can go on the once a year hunt without buying the land. Bad idea, bad investment.
