do you plan to live on it? I inherited some land in Florida. Its in a subdivision. I've had it for years. I've also been paying property taxes to Charlotte county for years. I can guarantee you I will NEVER get out of it what I've paid in taxes alone. So I'm inclined to think your "cheap land" is cheap for a reason, meaning it won't sell easily and you'll be stuck being responsible for something thats more of an aggravation than anything else.
