I honestly thought it was a joke about some pair of jeans Eric Trump had worn. So when she said let's hope it's a girl, she was implying that the girl wouldn't wear those jeans.

I thought maybe that's why I didn't find the joke funny; I just didn't know the jeans she was referring to.
